Description: We are hiring Director - Human Resources for our US based client based at Hyderabad.
Requirements:
- Responsible for all People related functions, including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Compensation and Payroll functions.
- Involved in the strategic planning, management, and coordination of all human resources activities, policies, and programs.
- This role is vital for aligning the workforce with the company's overall business objectives and fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with Senior decision makers within assigned departments through the development of in-depth knowledge of the business, both strategically and operationally.
- Partner with Stakeholders with regards to organizational design of departments or across multiple departments, including structuring teams, capabilities, and developing governance models to help drive effective decision making.
- Act as an advisor to Sr. Leadership Team by analyzing People issues such as retention and morale and recommending solutions in partnerships with People Department Centers of Excellence.
- Provide strategic and forward thinking thought leadership to Executive Leadership on all People related functions.
- Lead the development of scalable People processes and services that improve the employee experience across the lifecycle.
- Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
