About the Role:


- We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Director to lead our HR function and drive the people agenda across the organization.

- The ideal candidate will be a visionary HR leader with a strong track record in talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement.

- As HR Director, you will partner closely with senior leadership to shape company culture, develop HR

strategies aligned with business goals, and ensure operational excellence in HR practices.


Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the companys overall business objectives and culture.

- Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract, recruit, and retain top talent across all levels of the organization.

- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and succession planning to build a high-performing workforce.

- Design and execute leadership development, training, and employee engagement initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.

- Manage compensation and benefits programs to maintain competitiveness and employee satisfaction.

- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization.

- Partner with business leaders to support organizational change, workforce planning, and culture transformation.

- Lead and mentor the HR team to deliver excellent service and strategic impact.

- Analyze HR metrics and use data-driven insights to inform decisions and improve HR effectiveness.

- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on all HR-related matters.


Required Skills & Experience:


- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Proven experience designing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals.


- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.

- Demonstrated success in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.

- Experience managing compensation, benefits, and performance management programs.

- Track record of leading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with HRIS and data analytics tools.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
