Role Overview

The Director - Human Resources will be responsible for leading the HR function across the organization, acting as a strategic partner to business leadership. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in HR Business Partnering (HRBP), Compensation & Benefits , HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition within a high-growth, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with the leadership team to design and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives.

- HR Business Partnering: Serve as a trusted advisor to functional leaders, driving workforce planning, organizational development, and employee engagement.

- Compensation & Benefits: Develop and manage competitive and equitable compensation structures, incentive plans, and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.

- Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end hiring strategies to build a high-performing workforce; collaborate with hiring managers to ensure strong talent pipelines.

- HR Operations: Oversee and optimize HR processes, policies, and systems to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and efficiency.

- Culture & Engagement: Foster a strong, inclusive culture that supports innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.

Key Requirements

- 10-15 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles.

- Proven experience in SaaS, technology, or product-based organizations.

- Strong command over HRBP, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition functions.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and rapidly evolving environment.

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification from a reputed institute preferred.
