Roles and Responsibilitiesi

:- Develop and execute the overall HR strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.

- Partner closely with executive leadership to drive workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy.

- Lead HR operations across corporate and field locations, ensuring consistency, scalability, and compliance.

- Oversee talent acquisition strategies for high-volume and leadership hiring needs.

- Drive employee engagement, culture initiatives, and retention strategies across diverse employee populations.

- Lead performance management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.

- Oversee employee relations, investigations, and complex workforce matters.

- Ensure full compliance with applicable labor laws and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.

- Partner with Finance on workforce budgeting, compensation strategy, and labor cost management.

- Establish HR analytics and KPIs to inform data-driven decision-making.

- Lead and develop the HR team to ensure strong service delivery and operational excellence.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Masters degree preferred.

- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership roles in large consumer, retail, or multi-location organizations.

- Strong experience managing high-volume, geographically dispersed workforces.

- Demonstrated ability to operate strategically while maintaining operational rigor.

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulatory frameworks.

- Proven experience partnering with executive stakeholders.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

- High level of integrity, judgment, and discretion.
