Role Overview:

As the Technology Director - HR Technology, you will be a transformative leader, architecting and executing the strategic vision for our global HR technology landscape. This pivotal role involves spearheading the design, implementation, and optimization of cutting-edge HR solutions, with a strong emphasis on SAP HCM and the broader HR Tech ecosystem. You will lead a high-performing team, collaborating closely with global HR leadership, IT counterparts, and senior business stakeholders to translate complex organizational needs into robust, scalable, and user-centric technological platforms. Key Responsibilities:

- Define and champion the long-term HR technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and future organizational growth for sustained competitive advantage.

- Lead and mentor a diverse team of HR technology professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and high performance to deliver impactful solutions.

- Oversee the architectural design, integration, and evolution of core HR systems, particularly SAP HCM, ensuring stability, scalability, and optimal performance for global operations.

- Drive the successful end-to-end delivery of large-scale HR technology projects, managing scope, budget, timelines, and risks to achieve strategic objectives.

- Cultivate strong relationships with HR and business leaders, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their challenges and translate them into innovative technological solutions.

- Manage strategic vendor partnerships, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met to maximize value from external HR technology providers.

- Identify and evaluate emerging HR technology trends and solutions, recommending strategic investments and process improvements to maintain a leading-edge HR function.

- Establish and enforce robust governance frameworks, data security protocols, and compliance standards across all HR technology platforms to protect sensitive employee information.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated mastery in leading large-scale HR technology transformations, with deep functional and technical expertise in SAP HCM modules (e.g., Payroll, Time Management, Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Benefits, ESS/MSS).

- Extensive experience across the broader HR Technology landscape, encompassing talent management, core HR, workforce analytics, and HR service delivery platforms.

- Proven ability to define and execute enterprise-level HR technology strategies, translating business imperatives into actionable technical roadmaps.

- Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities, inspiring and guiding diverse, geographically dispersed teams to achieve ambitious goals.

- Superior strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, adept at navigating complex organizational and technical challenges.
