About Our Client :

Our client is a leading professional services and consulting organization supporting complex, high-volume client engagements through large delivery teams. With increasing scale, they are looking to bring in a senior HR leader to strengthen workforce leadership, operational rigor, and people governance across their India business.

Location : Bangalore

Key Responsibilities :

- Head end-to-end HR services delivery for large client-facing delivery teams

- Lead workforce planning and productivity governance for large team size supporting active client accounts

- Drive labour compliance strategy, statutory governance, and risk management frameworks

- Build strong operational leadership layers, performance discipline, and mechanisms to manage large service teams at scale

- Act as senior HR partner to business and client leadership

Ideal Candidate :

- 12 to 15 years of experience with an MBA in HR from premium institutions

- Strong background in internal HR as well HR consulting ecosystem

- Proven experience leading large teams in structured, client-facing operations

- Commercially aware leader with strong execution rigor and stakeholder management capability

- Possesses comprehensive expertise across the full HR spectrum
