Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Hire-to-Retire (H2R) operations across global locations, ensuring standardized and efficient HR service delivery.

- Oversee global HR Operations, Payroll, Shared Services, Audit, and Compliance, driving operational excellence and governance.

- Partner with business and functional leaders to streamline HR processes, improve employee experience, and support organizational growth.

- Lead and develop high-performing HR operations teams while driving process improvement and transformation initiatives.

- Leverage HR technology, analytics, and automation to enhance efficiency, scalability, and service quality.

Ideal Candidate

- MBA with 12-18 years of experience in HR Operations within IT/ITeS, GCC, GBS, or large technology organizations.

- Strong expertise in H2R, Payroll, Shared Services, HR Compliance, and Global HR Operations.

- Experience supporting 10,000+ employees in large, complex, multi-geography organizations.

- Strong stakeholder management, governance, and process excellence capabilities.
