Roles and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the CHRO, you will work closely with business leaders in India and abroad to drive the strategic HR agenda for the business function.
- Leading a team of HRBPs, you will be responsible for:
- Driving business engagement enabling strong business growth.
- Influencing global leaders and creating visibility for the function.
- Acting as a thought partner for the business leaders and working on driving strategic HR agenda including organization design, succession planning, performance management etc.
- Working with HR COEs to enhance employee experience and drive key people initiatives.
Skills and qualifications:
- Tier-1 MBA (XLRI/TISS/MDI/SCMHRD etc.) with 12 - 18 years experience working with an MNC organization.
- Prior experience of working as a HR business partner to technology teams of 1000+ in a product organization is a must.
- Strong communication skills and experience of handling senior stakeholders in a global environment.
- Visionary, results-driven, and adept at leading diverse teams.
