They are now looking for a Director - HR Business Partnering to anchor people strategy during their next phase of hypergrowth.
Job Description:
- Partner with CXOs and functional leaders to align workforce planning, talent needs, and organisational design.
- Lead HR transformation programs aimed at building scalable, futureready people practices.
- Drive performance management, leadership development, and changemanagement initiatives.
- Provide strategic direction on compensation, workforce planning, engagement, and culturebuilding.
- Act as a coach to leaders, helping them build highperforming teams during scale.
- Use data insights to diagnose org health and influence peoplerelated decisions.
The Successful Applicant:
- 8-10 years of total HR experience.
- Minimum 5 years as an HR Business Partner across a combination of large organizations and startups.
- Tier1/Tier2 educational pedigree preferred.
- Strong ability to independently manage senior stakeholders.
- Proven exposure to organisational transformation, HR transformation, and scaling people practices in dynamic setups.
- Experience working closely with business, product, and tech teams is a plus.
