Job Description - As the Director - HBBP, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the people strategy aligned with business goals.
Client Details:
Our client is a fast- growing, category- creating startup in the media and entertainment space, backed by strong investor confidence and known for its culture of high ownership, innovation, and rapid scale. They are now looking for a Director - HR Business Partnering to anchor people strategy during their next phase of hypergrowth.
Description:
- Partner with CXOs and functional leaders to align workforce planning, talent needs, and organisational design.
- Lead HR transformation programs aimed at building scalable, future- ready people practices.
- Provide strategic direction on compensation, workforce planning, engagement, and culture- building.
- Use data insights to diagnose org health and influence people- related decisions.
Profile:
- 8-10 years of total HR experience.
- Minimum 5 years as an HR Business Partner across a combination of large organizations and startups.
- Tier- 1/Tier- 2 educational pedigree preferred.
- Strong ability to independently manage senior stakeholders.
- Proven exposure to organisational transformation, HR transformation, and scaling people practices in dynamic setups.
- Experience working closely with business, product, and tech teams is a plus.
