
We are looking for a strategic, results-driven HR leader to partner closely with business leadership and drive end-to-end people strategy for a large-scale (1000+ employees) operations environment. This role will play a critical part in shaping talent outcomes, strengthening culture, and enabling sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic HR Leadership :
- Align HR strategy with business goals to drive workforce effectiveness and scalable growth
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all people-related matters
People Experience & Culture :
- Drive employee engagement through data-driven insights (pulse surveys, feedback, exit analysis)
- Design and implement initiatives that foster a high-performance, collaborative culture
Talent Optimization & Analytics :
- Leverage HR analytics to improve retention, productivity, and overall employee experience
- Build and present dashboards to enable data-backed decision-making
Performance & Learning :
- Strengthen performance management frameworks to promote continuous feedback and growth
- Identify capability gaps and drive targeted learning and development initiatives
Compensation & Benefits :
Support compensation benchmarking and reward strategies aligned to performance and market standards
Employee Relations & Compliance :
- Manage complex employee relations issues with maturity and discretion
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, compliance standards, and risk mitigation practices
Candidate Profile :
- Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders in large, complex organizations
- Strong exposure to high-volume, service-oriented environments
- Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Passionate about building culture and driving engagement at scale
- Demonstrated experience in leading change and transformation initiatives
