Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned HR leader to join our Bangalore office as the Director HRBP, specifically catering to our Corporate and Investment Banking verticals. In this high-impact role, you will serve as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders, translating complex business objectives into robust human capital strategies. You will navigate the fast-paced environment of global banking, ensuring that talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational design are perfectly aligned with the firm's financial goals. By fostering a culture of high performance and agility, you will directly influence the retention of top-tier talent and the overall competitive positioning of our banking divisions in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business heads to architect and execute talent strategies that support long-term growth and operational efficiency within the Investment Banking sector.

- Drive organizational effectiveness by leading large-scale change management initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions during restructuring or business expansion.

- Oversee the end-to-end performance management lifecycle for senior leadership to ensure a meritocratic culture that rewards high-impact outcomes.

- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to build a high-performing, inclusive workforce that reflects the global standards of our corporate banking clients.

- Mentor and develop a high-performing HR team, fostering a culture of excellence and proactive problem-solving to address complex employee relations issues.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and navigate the nuances of high-pressure environments like Corporate and Investment Banking.

- Exceptional analytical skills to interpret workforce data and translate it into actionable business insights that drive profitability and engagement.

- Proven expertise in managing complex labor relations and regulatory compliance within the financial services sector in India.

- Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex HR strategies clearly and persuasively to diverse global teams.

- A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or an MBA from a premier business school, complemented by 18 to 25 years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles.

- High adaptability to a hybrid work environment, maintaining strong interpersonal connections and operational oversight across distributed teams in Bangalore.
