As they continue to scale, they are looking to hire a seasoned Director of HRBP to strategically shape and execute HR initiatives that align with the company's growth, driving excellence, innovation, and a culture of inclusivity.
Location: Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Align HR strategies with business goals, partnering with leadership to drive success.
- Lead talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning to retain top talent.
- Drive engagement, promote diversity, and ensure alignment with company values.
- Optimize organizational structures to support scalability and growth.
- Lead change management to ensure smooth transitions and continuous improvement.
- Oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
Ideal Candidate:
- MBA from a Tier 1 institute (XLRI/TISS, etc.) with around 10 years of progressive HR experience.
- Proven track record in a startup environment, managing diverse HR functions.
- Expertise in performance management, and leadership development in a team leading role
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence change.
