Role Overview:
You will oversee a large geographic business unit, providing strategic HR leadership to support the companys ambitious growth trajectory. This high-impact role involves spearheading workforce strategies, fostering leadership development, and cultivating a learning-driven organizational culture. As part of their responsibilities, the HR Director will lead a team of 10 senior managers, ensuring alignment with the companys vision and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR strategy implementation across a large geographic business unit.
- Manage key HPBP focus areas including Employee Relations, Talent Management, Policy & Compliance and HR Analytics.
- Manage and mentor a team of 10 senior managers, fostering collaboration and growth.
- Build and nurture a culture focused on learning and innovation.
- Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, leadership development, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with executive teams to align HR practices with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- MBA in HR from a premier institution with 12+ years of experience in a dynamic environment, preferably in large-scale, service-oriented organizations.
- Strong expertise in organizational development, talent management, and culture building.
- Leadership experience in managing diverse teams and senior management groups.
- Exceptional communication and strategic thinking skills.
