Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Advise senior leadership on workforce planning and organizational culture.
- 2. Talent Acquisition & Development
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for leadership and critical roles.
- Drive learning and development programs for employee skilling and upskilling.
- 3. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and guide HR and admin teams.
- Build team capabilities and ensure operational efficiency.
- 4. Operational HR Management
- Manage HR operations including payroll, compliance, performance management, and employee relations.
- Ensure a smooth functioning of HR systems, processes, and policies.
- 5. Facilities & Administration Management
- Oversee office administration, infrastructure, and facilities management.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and administrative protocols.
- 6. Employee Engagement
- Design and execute engagement initiatives to build a positive work culture.
- Handle grievance redressal and conflict resolution with empathy and fairness.
- 7. Organisational Development
- Lead change management initiatives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and organizational growth.
Requirements:
- Masters degree/MBA in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 15 - 20 years of HR leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
- Strong experience in managing HR in dynamic, high-growth environments.
- Experience in facilities management or similar operational roles (highly desirable).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
