Director - Hospital Operations

Job location - Thrissur, Kerala

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead hospital operations in alignment with the organization's vision, mission, and long-term strategy.

- Manage P&L accountability, driving financial performance and sustainable growth.

- Oversee patient-care facilities, clinical support functions, and non-clinical services to ensure exceptional care delivery.

- Implement and monitor operational policies, processes, and systems for efficiency and effectiveness.

- Ensure strict adherence to healthcare regulations, quality standards, and statutory compliances.

- Drive operational excellence initiatives across departments to improve patient experience, safety, and cost optimization.

- Collaborate with medical, nursing, and administrative leadership to enhance service delivery.

- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams to meet operational and strategic objectives.

Required Candidate Profile:

- Experience: 15+ years in hospital operations management with at least 7-10 years in a senior leadership role.

- Proven expertise in P&L management, hospital administration, compliance, and patient-care operations.

- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality frameworks, and accreditation standards (NABH/JCI preferred).

- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to drive strategic initiatives, operational efficiency, and patient-centric care delivery.
