Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate (Healthcare/Hospital Management preferred)

Industry: Healthcare / Multi-Specialty Hospital

What You'll Do:

- Strategic Planning: Develop operational strategies aligned with hospital goals, conduct market analysis, set KPIs

- Profit Centre Management: Drive revenue growth, cost control, and margin improvement

- Doctor Recruitment & Engagement: Recruit, retain, and engage clinicians; build strong referral networks

- Business Development: Identify new opportunities, build stakeholder relationships, represent hospital in community

- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, optimize resources, implement SOPs, drive tech-led initiatives

- Financial Management: Develop and manage budget, monitor revenue/expenditure, identify cost savings

- Quality & Patient Safety: Implement quality standards, conduct audits, analyze patient feedback

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to laws, manage regulatory relationships, conduct compliance audits

- HR Management: Oversee recruitment, training, team building, employee engagement

Key KPIs You'll Own:

- Financials: Revenue, EBITDA, Net Operating Margin, RCM, Collection Period, Capex ROI

- Customer: Patient/Physician Satisfaction Scores, TATs, Complaint Resolution, KOL Engagement

- Internal Process: Doctor recruitment, BOR, ALOS, infection rates, supply chain efficiency, NABH compliance

- People: Staff turnover, training hours, R&R, retention, employee development

You Bring:

- 15-20 years of hospital/healthcare management experience

- Strong business acumen and business development skills

- Excellent communication (local language Gujarati is a plus)

- Ability to recruit, retain, and engage clinicians

- Sound knowledge of hospital operations, finance, and strategy
