Director/Head - University Campus Placement

Description: We're looking for a smart & talented applicant for the role of "Director or Head of University Campus Placement" who's responsible for developing & maintaining relationships with employers, coordinating student placements & providing comprehensive support services to ensure successful employment outcomes. This role demands excellent organizational, communication, and networking skills.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with potential employers and industry partners.

- Coordinate and manage student placement processes, including internships and co-op programs.

- Conduct workshops and seminars to prepare students for job placements.

- Work closely with academic departments to align placement opportunities with curricula.

- Provide career counseling and guidance to students.

- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of placement activities and outcomes.

- Maintain up-to-date records of student placements and employment statistics.

- Organize and participate in career fairs and employer networking events.

Qualifications:

- Masters degree in human resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience in career services, student counseling, or human resources.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

- Knowledge of employment trends and job market conditions.

- Proven organizational and project management abilities.
