Director/Head - SAP S/4HANA

Experience: 10 to 15 Years.

Location: Gurgaon & Bangalore.

{Note: Preference for candidates who can join within 15 days}.

Key Responsibilities.

- Own and execute the SAP strategy & roadmap for the organization.

- Lead SAP upgrades, S/4HANA migrations, and new module rollouts.

- Ensure process standardization, compliance, and adoption of best practices.

- Provide functional & technical leadership across SAP modules: FICO, PP, MM, SD, PM, WM, QM.

- Manage projects, change initiatives, and transformation programs.

- Lead and mentor SAP teams and vendors to ensure successful delivery.

- Collaborate with CXOs, business leaders, and shop floor teams for alignment and impact.

- Oversee integration points with MES, PLM, CRM, SCM, and IoT platforms.

Candidate Requirements:

- 10-15 years of SAP experience with multi-module leadership exposure.

- Proven expertise in 2-3 core modules (FICO, PP, MM, SD, WM) and understanding of others.

- Prior experience in the Manufacturing industry (electronics/discrete manufacturing preferred).

- Strong track record in SAP implementations, rollouts, and S/4HANA migrations.

- Knowledge of enterprise integrations (MES, PLM, CRM, SCM, IoT).

- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and vendor partnerships.
