Description:
- We are seeking a strategic and result-driven Director of Business Development / Head of Sales (B2B) to
lead our corporate sales initiatives across India.
- The role requires a strong background in B2B enterprise sales, preferably within BFSI, Fintech, or SaaS sectors, and the ability to drive business growth through new client acquisition and relationship management.
- The ideal candidate will bring deep market knowledge, a strong corporate network, and proven experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies within the Indian B2B technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute scalable B2B sales strategies focused on corporate and enterprise clients in
India.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in BFSI, Fintech, and SaaS domains.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales and business development team to achieve growth
targets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and client meetings to negotiation and
closure.
- Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to align sales campaigns, lead qualification, and
market positioning.
- Drive predictable revenue growth through structured pipelines, effective forecasting, and strong
customer relationships.
- Implement sales methodologies and best practices for consistent and measurable outcomes.
- Track and report key metrics such as lead-to-conversion rate, pipeline growth, and deal closures.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new
opportunities.
- Represent the company at client meetings, conferences, and networking events to strengthen the
brand presence.
Key Requirements:
- 8-10 years of proven experience in B2B corporate sales, preferably within IT Services, BFSI, Fintech,
or SaaS industries.
- Strong understanding of global enterprise markets, with the ability to engage and build
relationships with CXO-level stakeholders across regions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership skills with prior experience in managing and mentoring sales teams.
- Ability to design and implement strategic business development initiatives that deliver measurable
results.
- Experience in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and data-driven decision-making.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management (preferred)
