- We are looking for a high-calibre operator to work closely with the founders, driving GTM strategy, growth, and scaling initiatives end-to-end.

- This is a founder's office role with real ownership, where you will act as a force multiplier, translating ambitious growth goals into structured execution, operating cadence, and measurable outcomes.

- Ideal for someone who combines first-principles thinking with hands-on execution, and has been part of high-growth or 0- 1 / 1- 10 journeys.

What You'll Do

GTM Strategy & Execution

- Own and scale the end-to-end GTM engine, across outbound, partnerships, and brand

- Define and evolve ICP, segmentation, and account strategy (ABM motion)

- Build messaging frameworks and drive multi-channel experimentation

- Identify and unblock funnel bottlenecks using data-driven insights

- Translate growth goals into clear execution plans, dashboards, and operating cadences

Revenue Operations & Scaling

- Build and optimize RevOps frameworks, reporting, and performance metrics

- Drive daily pipeline reviews, stand-ups, and execution rigor

- Create scalable playbooks, processes, and growth loops

- Enable real-time iteration and continuous optimization

Founder's Office / Strategic Initiatives

- Work directly with founders on high-priority, cross-functional initiatives

- Solve ambiguous business problems using structured thinking and execution

- Drive key projects across growth, operations, and business strategy

Team Building & Leadership

- Hire, mentor, and scale GTM and growth teams (Managers + ICs)

- Instill a culture of ownership, accountability, and execution excellence

- Raise the operating bar across teams through process and clarity

What We're Looking For

- 6-12 years of experience in roles like Founder's Office, GTM Strategy, Growth, Consulting, RevOps, or Startup Leadership

- Proven experience working closely with founders / senior leadership on high-impact initiatives

- Strong track record in scaling businesses (0- 1, 1- 10, or 1- 100 journeys)

- Hands-on experience in building GTM strategy, pipelines, and growth systems

- Demonstrated team leadership experience (managing 2+ people)

- Strong analytical and first-principles thinking ability with execution focus

Preferred Background

- Graduate from Top IITs / BITS Pilani (Pilani campus)

- Experience in top-tier consulting firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, etc.) or leading organizations (P&G, ITC, Unilever, PepsiCo, etc.)

- Early exposure to high-performance environments (internships / leadership roles)
