We are seeking a Marketing Director to lead AI-first marketing initiatives for a rapidly scaling SaaS company in the logistics technology space. This is a high-impact role where you will shape the future of demand generation, brand visibility, and customer engagement by leveraging AI, LLMs, and data-driven marketing strategies.

Why this Role is Critical:

Marketing in SaaS and logistics tech is undergoing massive disruption through AI. Traditional demand generation is being redefined by AI personalization, predictive insights, and intelligent automation. We are looking for a marketing leader who can leverage these shifts to drive exponential brand visibility, customer engagement, and pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. AI-Infused Outbound Marketing:

- Build and scale AI-powered outbound campaigns (emails, digital, content syndication).

- Use predictive AI to identify high-conversion prospects and optimize engagement.

2. AI/LLM Optimization & SEO

- Deploy LLM-driven tools for content generation, personalization, and automated journeys.

- Implement AI-enhanced SEO strategies to accelerate organic growth.

3. Events & Demand Generation

- Own the global events calendar, from strategy to execution.

- Leverage AI event intelligence to identify right-fit opportunities and maximize ROI.

4. Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

- Design and execute AI-driven ABM programs targeting high-value accounts.

- Use intent data, predictive scoring, and personalization to deepen account penetration.

5. Collaboration with Leadership

- Partner closely with the CRO and Head of Marketing to align initiatives with revenue goals.

- Present AI-driven dashboards and insights to leadership and sales stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

- 4 to 10 years of marketing experience in SaaS/tech, with strong exposure to AI-powered marketing solutions.

- Expertise in outbound, ABM, SEO/SEM, and event-driven marketing.

- Proven track record of delivering pipeline and revenue impact.

- Passion for leveraging AI, LLMs, and emerging tech in marketing innovation.

- Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills.
