The Mission:

We are rewriting the rules of corporate and MSME finance. Having established ourselves as a pioneer in the alternative funding space, we are now aggressively scaling our unsecured business loan, seller financing, and MSME working capital portfolios.

We are looking for a Director of Growth Capital to anchor our revenue engine from our Mumbai HQ. This is not a legacy, rubber-stamping oversight role. We want a player-coach - a seasoned, aggressive deal-maker who still possesses a hardcore hunting mindset, but now has the leverage, maturity, and ecosystem network to build and scale a massive lending book.

The Persona: Who You Are:

You are a powerhouse in the unsecured lending space with nearly a decade of experience navigating new-age NBFCs and fintechs. You are a master of origination who combines sharp financial acumen with an unstoppable hustle. You don't just manage a pipeline; you build strategic channels, unlock massive business clusters, and lead high-performing sales teams by example. You thrive on numbers, speed, and market dominance.

The Mandate: What You'll Do:

- Scale the Book: Take absolute ownership of the Unsecured Business Loan and Seller Financing AUM targets for the region.

- High-Value Origination: Personally hunt and structure high-ticket deals, while managing strategic, large-scale relationships with mid-to-large MSMEs and fast-growing digital brands.

- Ecosystem Architecting: Build institutional sourcing funnels by forging deep partnerships with major B2B platforms, e-commerce aggregators, logistics giants, and financial intermediaries.

- Lead the Hunters: Mentor, manage, and supercharge a team of Growth Capital Managers. Drive a high-velocity, numbers-driven culture where speed-to-disbursal is a competitive advantage.

- Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate directly with Risk, Underwriting, and Product teams to optimize credit structures, refine product offerings, and ensure a seamless founder journey.

- Fintech & New-Age NBFC Blueprint: Deep roots within the new-age digital lending ecosystem. You understand agile underwriting, alternative data points, and rapid turnaround times.

- Massive Regional Network: An unshakeable network of MSME clusters, market aggregators, and sourcing channels across the Mumbai/MMR and western region.

- Commercial Grit: Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to read complex business financials, cash-flow cycles, and sector risks instantly.
