Core Responsibilities
1. Brand Architecture & Strategic Narrative
- Define the Narrative: Own and define the Exponents brand narrative and "tone of voice" for the US and European markets.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure a premium, consistent brand experience across all touchpoints, including sales collateral, digital platforms, and trade shows.
- Customer Insights: Develop a deep understanding of B2B exhibitor personas and decision drivers to translate insights into high-impact marketing ideas.
2. Growth Hacking & Digital Execution
- Scaling Engine: Design data-driven marketing roadmaps to drive fast-paced acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Full-Funnel Optimization: Manage an omnichannel approach (SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Email) and lead rapid experimentation to constantly iterate on performance.
- Demand Generation: Diversify lead generation channels and own the overall marketing-driven revenue contribution.
- Data Mastery: Build sophisticated reporting frameworks to measure performance and identify actionable improvements for sales and marketing.
3. Content & Global Team Leadership
- Authentic Storytelling: Oversee the production of content (video, text, graphics) that resonates deeply with Western B2B audiences.
- Global Team Management: Lead and elevate a globally distributed marketing organization, including a mature digital and branding team based in India.
- Sales Alignment: Work closely with Sales Leadership to ensure lead quality and volume align with aggressive growth objectives.
About You
- Experience: 10-15 years of marketing leadership experience in the United States, specifically within high-growth B2B sectors.
- The Hybrid Mindset: A rare combination of a "Brand-First" strategist and a "Data-Led" growth hacker.
- Scale Specialist: A proven track record of scaling B2B businesses and managing multi-functional marketing teams.
- Global Perspective: Deep understanding of American B2B marketing culture with the ability to lead teams across geographies and time zones.
- Analytical Powerhouse: Exceptional ability to track complex metrics (LTV, CAC, Payback Periods) and present data-backed narratives to executive leadership.
- Industry Outsider: To ensure fresh perspectives, we prefer candidates who do not come from the trade show or exhibition industry.
