We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Director of Generative AI to lead our advanced AI initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of state-of-the-art Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions. You will architect intelligent systems that foster innovation, enhance business processes, and enable a new level of automation and decision-making for our organization and our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the strategy, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade Generative AI applications and solutions.

- Architect, design, and optimize advanced algorithms, models, and systems for intelligent automation and content generation.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a high-performing team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists.

- Translate complex business challenges into innovative technical solutions powered by Generative AI and ML.

- Oversee the entire AI project lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to production deployment and scaling.

- Drive best practices in MLOps, data engineering, and model governance to ensure robust, scalable, and ethical AI solutions.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, data engineers, and software developers, to deliver integrated solutions.

- Stay abreast of emerging trends and breakthroughs in AI/ML, particularly in Generative AI, and evaluate their potential application to business problems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:

- Proven expertise in Generative AI-based application development (e.g., LLMs, GPT, Diffusion Models, etc.).

- Extensive, hands-on experience in Python programming and related web frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).

- Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex).

- Solid foundation in data engineering principles and technologies (e.g., ETL/ELT, data pipelines, data warehousing).

- Strong experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure AI, GCP Vertex AI) and their AI/ML services.

- Proficiency with both SQL and NoSQL database systems and data modeling techniques.

Leadership & Soft Skills:

- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to attract, motivate, and develop top talent.

Educational Background:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or Mathematics (e.g., BE/B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, M.Sc, MBA with a technical focus).
