Director - Fund raising & Investor Relations - Startup/FinTech/IT/ITeS/KPO

We are looking for an experienced finance professional to lead strategic financial planning, capital structuring, fundraising, investor relations, and stakeholder management. This is a high-impact role working closely with the CEO, CFO, and Board, driving financial strategy and growth initiatives.

Role Overview:

- The Head/Director of Investor Relations & Fund Raising will serve as the primary architect of the organization's capital strategy, acting as the bridge between the firm's leadership and the global investment community. In this high-impact role, you will lead end-to-end fundraising initiatives, cultivate long-term relationships with institutional investors, and shape the narrative of our corporate strategy to drive valuation and growth.

- You will work closely with the C-suite and Board of Directors to translate complex financial performance into compelling investment stories, ensuring the firm remains well-capitalized and strategically aligned with its long-term objectives. Based in Gujarat, this position is pivotal in scaling our operations and establishing our presence as a leader in the private equity and fund management landscape.

Key Requirements:

- CA / MBA Finance with 10-15 years of experience

- Experience in Startups/Fintech/IT/ITeS/KPO sectors preferred

- Strong expertise in corporate finance, capital raising, valuation, due diligence, and financial modelling, and fundraising

- Exposure to investor management, M&A, treasury, IPO and strategic planning is highly desirable
