Director Fund Raising And CSR (Philanthropy)

Responsible for cultivating relationships with donors, planning and executing fundraising campaigns and events, researching prospective donors, writing grant proposals, managing donor databases, and tracking financial goals to secure financial support for a non-profit's mission. Responsibilities include strategic planning, communication, donor stewardship, budget management, and reporting on fundraising progress to ensure organizational sustainability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Donor Cultivation & Stewardship: Developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with individual, corporate, and foundation donors to secure ongoing financial support.

- Campaign & Event Management: Planning, organizing, and executing fundraising campaigns and events, including community-led initiatives and major donor cultivation events.

- Prospect Research: Identifying and researching potential donors, sponsors, and grant-making foundations interested in supporting the organization's mission.

- Proposal & Grant Writing: Researching opportunities and writing persuasive grant applications and fundraising proposals to secure financial contributions.

- Database & Financial Management: Creating and maintaining accurate donor databases, tracking donations, preparing financial reports, and managing budgets to meet fundraising goals.

- Communication & Marketing: Creating fundraising materials, such as presentations, brochures, and thank-you letters, to effectively communicate the organization's mission and needs.

Fund Raising:

- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, sponsors, and investors.

- Create and implement fundraising campaigns and initiatives.

- Develop compelling fundraising proposals and presentations.

- Manage and maintain donor databases and records.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align fundraising efforts with our mission and objectives.

- Monitor and report on fundraising progress and results.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. A bachelor's degree in fields like Social Work, Nonprofit Management, or a related area is often preferred and experience of 10 Plus Years in fundraising, event planning, nonprofit work, volunteers, and community members etc.

2. The ability to develop and implement successful fundraising strategies that align with organizational goals.

3. Proven track record of successful fundraising efforts, with a focus on raising immediate funds.

4. Organizational: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects and events simultaneously.

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including writing, editing, and public speaking.

6. Strong abilities to build and nurture relationships with diverse groups of people, including donors,
