Role Overview - Director, FS Technology (India)

We are hiring a seasoned Director - FS Technology to lead and scale our Financial Services Technology Consulting practice in India. This leadership role requires deep BFSI domain expertise, a strong consulting mindset, and a proven track record in executing digital transformation programs across global financial institutions.

This position is ideal for leaders who have worked extensively in GCC/Middle East markets and are passionate about driving innovation, technology modernisation, and strategic growth within the financial services ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead large-scale digital and business transformation programs for BFSI clients covering front, middle, and back-office systems.

- Architect and implement modern solutions leveraging AI, Gen AI, cloud ecosystems, low-code platforms, and automation.

- Manage complex multi-year transformation programs (e.g., lending digitisation, CRM - modernisation, core platform transformation).

- Serve as a strategic advisor to CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, and CISOs, identifying opportunities for modernisation, optimisation, and business growth.

- Drive GTM strategy, inorganic growth, and expansion across priority accounts.

- Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing consulting and delivery teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.

- Collaborate with cross-practice leaders (strategy, tech, ops) to deliver integrated consulting solutions.

- Own practice P&L, revenue management, forecasting, and account growth.

- Champion the adoption of Power Platform, low-code/no-code, cloud-native architectures, and AI-led transformation programs.

Candidate Profile - What We're Looking For

- 15+ years of experience, including 8+ years in consulting/delivery leadership roles within BFSI.

- Strong exposure to public sector banks, NBFCs, FinTechs, and insurance clients.

- Mandatory experience working on transformation programs in the GCC/Middle East region.

- Hands-on expertise in regulatory technologies; exposure to cyber/tech risk is an advantage.

- Proven experience with AI/ML, Gen AI use cases, cloud transformation, and enterprise platforms (Salesforce, Sitecore, SAP Commerce, etc.).

- Strong program governance, client stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.

- Technical fluency across AWS, Azure, open-source stacks, microservices, and enterprise integration.

- Prior experience in Big 4, global consulting firms, or tier-1 technology firms is preferred.
