1. Strategic Planning and Forecasting

- Lead annual operating plan (AOP), long-range plans (LRP), and rolling forecasts for the GBS organization.

- Provide financial modeling and scenario planning for GBS growth, expansion, and transformation initiatives.

- Collaborate with global tower leads to align financial plans with strategic and operational goals.

2. Performance Management & Reporting

- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards to track GBS performance at global and regional levels.

- Analyze actual vs. budget variances, identify performance drivers, and recommend corrective actions.

- Deliver monthly and quarterly performance packs to GBS and corporate leadership.

3. Business Partnering

- Act as a key finance advisor to GBS Tower Heads, Site Leaders, and Transformation Teams.

- Global Controllership / ATR Leaders

- VP Zone & Global Finance

- Global Business Services (GBS) Shared Services Leadership

- Transformation Office / Digital Finance

- External auditors, if applicable

- Provide financial input on business cases for new initiatives, migrations, and process changes.

- Support decision-making by delivering clear, data-driven insights on cost, productivity, and investments.

4. Cost Optimization and Benchmarking

- Identify opportunities for cost savings and productivity improvement across GBS functions.

- Benchmark internal performance against external peers and best-in-class operations.

- Support zero-based budgeting and lean finance practices across GBS.

5. Governance and Compliance

- Ensure adherence to financial policies, planning calendars, and corporate FP&A requirements.

- Collaborate with controllership and tax teams to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

- Support internal and external audit processes as needed.
