Role Overview:

The Finance Transformation Lead for Shared Services serves as a strategic architect, driving the evolution of global finance operations through process optimization, digital integration, and organizational change. In this role, you will partner closely with cross-functional leadership, regional finance controllers, and IT stakeholders to transition legacy workflows into high-efficiency, technology-enabled shared service models. Your work directly impacts the bottom line by reducing operational overhead, enhancing data accuracy, and providing the scalable infrastructure necessary to support the company's long-term growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement end-to-end finance transformation roadmaps to streamline record-to-report, procure-to-pay, and order-to-cash cycles for global business units.

- Lead the migration of complex financial processes into a centralized shared services environment, ensuring seamless continuity and adherence to global compliance standards.

- Evaluate and deploy automation tools, including RPA and advanced ERP modules, to eliminate manual bottlenecks and improve the speed of financial reporting.

- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to standardize accounting policies and performance metrics, fostering a unified culture of operational excellence.

- Monitor key performance indicators and service level agreements to ensure the shared services model delivers measurable value and cost-efficiency to the wider organization.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale finance transformation projects, with a deep understanding of shared service center (SSC) operating models and governance frameworks.

- Exceptional analytical capabilities to identify process inefficiencies and translate complex financial data into actionable strategic recommendations.

- Strong interpersonal skills to influence senior stakeholders and manage change across diverse, geographically dispersed teams.

- Proficiency in leveraging ERP systems and digital transformation technologies to optimize financial workflows and data integrity.

- A professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, or ACCA) or an MBA from a premier business school, reflecting a strong foundation in financial management.

- Proven capacity to thrive in a hybrid work environment, maintaining high levels of productivity and team alignment across digital and physical workspaces.
