Director, Global Finance Training & Learning.

Location: Hyderabad, India.

We are looking for a Director, Global Finance Training & Learning to define and drive the global strategy for Finance training and learning across Lonza.

Reporting closely into senior Finance leadership, including the Global Head of Corporate Accounting & External Reporting, this role leads the Finance Training Academy, ensuring its effectiveness, governance, and longterm impact.

Role Snapshot:

- Shape Finance learning strategy globally, ensuring standards, curricula, and compliance.

- Drive governance and execution for sustainable learning culture.

- Build role-based frameworks with modern methodologies.

- Measure effectiveness via feedback and continuous improvement.

- Partner with leadership and process owners to align training with business priorities.

- Foster learning culture across Finance and related functions.

Candidate Profile:

- Degree in Finance/Business or related field.

- Extensive Finance & L&D experience with transformation exposure.

- Global stakeholder management in complex organizations.

- Change leadership with strong influence skills.

- Strategic mindset anticipating trends and risks.

- Leadership presence with resilience and organizational awareness.
