Description:
- FSS Team interacts and works with finance teams of operating companies of Argenbright Group as well as external clients for mid-market segment in the US & Europe.
- This role leads a team of finance professionals to ensure that overall delivery of services to clients meets or exceeds agreed KPIs, and SLAs defined with the clients and is within a strong internal control framework.
The incumbent will play a critical role in building the capability and standards of the services center, ensure service delivery excellence and drive process improvements.
- The role shall manage a team of ~100 finance professionals.
- It's a growing role with the focus to build and grow finance function.
- As part of the OPI Leadership Team, the Director will collaborate closely with the Business Solutions Group (BSG), contributing deep domain expertise while BSG drives solutioning, transformation, and transitions.
- The role is pivotal in building organizational capability, enabling client service excellence, and supporting OPIs growth strategy through superior service delivery.
- The role reports directly to CEO, Outscale Partners, India.
- Looking for a candidate from BPO or ITES, and someone who has catered BFSI clients.
