We're Hiring: Director Finance Controller || Manufacturing/Engineering

Join a leading Tech based manufacturing/engineering company as a Finance Controller at Director level, where you'll drive financial strategy, build process, cost control, compliance and operational excellence across the business.

What You'll Do:

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and reporting aligned with business goals

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and regulatory standards

- Implement robust internal controls and drive ERP/process automation

- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve performance and profitability

- Mentor and lead the finance and accounts team across plant and corporate functions

- Maintain accurate general ledger and ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).

- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and rolling cost projections.

What We're Looking For:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent (CMA/CPA)

- 10 - 15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in manufacturing or engineering

- Strong expertise in cost accounting, statutory compliance and financial reporting

- Experience with ERP systems and digital finance transformation

Preferred Industry Exp: Manufacturing / Engineering/ Big4 Consulting
