About the Role:

This strategic leadership role will oversee financial planning, compliance, treasury, and transformation initiatives across multiple entities.

The Director will build and scale finance operations, drive ERP implementations, and partner with global leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analytics

- Drive financial strategy, cost control, and business growth

- Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, PT, SEZ, STPI, FEMA, Income Tax)

- Oversee audits, governance, and reporting under India GAAP, US GAAP, IFRS

- Lead ERP implementations (SAP, Workday, Sage, etc.)

- Automate finance processes (payroll, billing, reimbursements)

- Optimize treasury operations (cash flow, FX hedging, repatriation)

- Build and mentor finance teams across AP, AR, payroll, compliance

- Scale finance functions for new entities or GCCs

- Drive cost optimization and vendor governance

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent (CPA, CMA, ICWA)

- 15 - 25 years in finance leadership within IT/ITES, GCCs, or MNCs

- Proven success in ERP rollouts, audit management, and multi-entity operations

- Strong command of statutory compliance and cross-border finance

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team-building skills
