Position summary : As an integral member of the companys leadership team, this position is accountable for various financial business support services, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial audits and record keeping. Job qualifications : - CA/CPA or equivalent in Accounting or Finance mandate; advanced degree or certification finance preferred - 15+ years experience in leading accounting and finance functions such as financial reporting and analysis, general ledger/chart of accounts, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial audits and other financial business support services - A recognized leader and manager of people in a national and/or global, customer service focused work environment - Experienced leader, providing accounting guidance to senior leadership - Established, independent financial acumen to navigate complex accounting applications and regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent customer service skills with a service-minded approach towards the business; calm and confident, even in stressful situations - MS Office proficient, financials systems software acumen (for example Workday) - Confidential, ethical business partner Supervision : Number and title(s) of direct reports (if any): Global Process Leads (RTR, OTC, PTP), Senior Manager Finance Control (Audit, Statutory, and Tax), Finance Business Partner; team of 2 minimum
