Role Summary :

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for building and driving the organizations capital strategy, financial planning, and investor engagement. The role focuses on enabling structured funding, improving cash flow predictability, and creating long-term enterprise value.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and execute capital strategy (debt, project finance, investor funding)

- Build financial models: cash flow forecasting, IRR tracking, capital allocation

- Lead structured finance transactions (LRD, JV models, fundraising)

- Drive financial discipline & governance through MIS, dashboards, and board reporting

- Oversee commercial performance: margins, working capital, and cost efficiency

- Align finance with project execution and business growth

- Mentor and strengthen the finance team and systems

Key Skills Required :

- Strong experience in project finance / infrastructure / real estate finance

- Expertise in structured deals, investor management & fund raising

- Deep understanding of financial modelling, IRR, and capital efficiency

- Experience handling institutional investors / large-scale capital projects
