Role : Director - Finance & Accounts

Location : Bangalore

We are hiring a Director - Finance & Accounts for a well-funded, high-growth consumer-tech company operating at the intersection of e-commerce, supply chain and last-mile distribution.

This is a strategic leadership role - not a traditional controllership position. The role partners closely with the CEO and leadership team to build a finance function that supports rapid scale while ensuring strong governance, compliance, and investor readiness.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own Finance & Accounts, including financial reporting, audits and statutory compliance

- Lead treasury, cash flow planning and working capital management

- Build scalable internal controls and financial processes

- Drive investor MIS, board reporting and due diligence readiness

- Support fundraising by coordinating with investors, bankers, auditors and legal advisors

- Build and mentor a high-performing Finance team while partnering closely with business stakeholders

Ideal Candidate :

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (mandatory)

- 10+ years of Finance & Accounts experience

- Strong expertise in accounting, taxation, statutory compliance and audits

- Exposure to e-commerce, supply chain, logistics, FMCG, retail or other high transaction-volume businesses

- Ownership mindset with the ability to build systems rather than simply manage processes

- Location: Bangalore with travel to Tamil Nadu once a month
