Director - Finance

Key Responsibilities :

1. Business Finance & Commercial Leadership (Mandatory Focus) :

- Act as a business partner to operations and leadership teams

- Drive unit economics, pricing, and margin improvement initiatives

- Provide real-time financial insights for decision-making and growth

- Evaluate business performance across regions, clients, and contracts

2. Financial Strategy & P&L Management :

- Own and manage organization-wide P&L

- Drive financial planning aligned with business strategy

- Ensure cost optimization and sustainable profitability

3. MIS, Budgeting & Analytics :

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

- Build strong MIS and dashboards for leadership review

- Translate data into actionable business insights

4. Cash Flow & Working Capital :

- Manage cash flow, collections, and working capital cycles

- Optimize fund utilization and improve liquidity

5. Compliance & Governance :

- Ensure adherence to statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements

- Strengthen internal controls, audits, and governance frameworks

6. Banking & Fund Management :

- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions

- Support fundraising and financial structuring as required

7. Team Leadership :

- Lead and mentor the finance team across locations

- Build a performance-driven and business-oriented finance function

Key Requirements :

- Must have strong hands-on experience in Business Finance (non-negotiable)

- Proven track record in managing P&L for large organizations (1000 Cr+ preferred)

- Strong understanding of commercial finance, pricing, and cost structures

- Experience in services / security / manpower-driven industries preferred

- Expertise in MIS, financial modeling, and decision support

- CA / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute
