- We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Professional (8-12 years) with a strong background in selling IT services across global markets.
- The ideal candidate brings at least 5+ years of hands-on field sales experience, thrives in high- engagement client environments, and is comfortable with frequent domestic/international travel every 10-15 days.
- You should have a proven track record of managing and achieving annual revenue targets of $500K+ (- 5 Cr+), supported by strong analytical, reporting, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience selling IT services (excluding banking and SaaS domains) and working across US, UK, APAC, Europe, and India markets is essential, along with deep familiarity with the US territory and its regional nuances.
- This role requires a balanced approach to hunting (50%) and farming (50%), with the ability to build and grow long-term client relationships. Experience mentoring or managing inside sales teams is a plus.
- A valid US B1/B2 visa with at least 24 months of validity is preferred, not mandatory
