Job Summary:

We are hiring a highly capable Facility Director for a real estate client to oversee end-to-end facility operations, housekeeping excellence, and large team management. The ideal candidate should be smart, highly responsive, operationally strong, and experienced in managing housekeeping teams while ensuring prompt customer query resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of 50+ housekeeping and facility staff

- Oversee day-to-day housekeeping and facility management operations

- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and service quality

- Handle customer/resident queries promptly and professionally

- Supervise staff performance, scheduling, discipline, and productivity

- Coordinate with internal teams/vendors for smooth facility operations

- Implement SOPs for housekeeping, safety, and customer service

- Maintain strong people management across blue-collar and support staff

- Ensure quick problem-solving and responsive issue resolution

Candidate Requirements:

- 6+ years of experience in Facility Management / Housekeeping / Hospitality / Real Estate

- Strong team management experience (50+ team members preferred)

- Excellent leadership, responsiveness, and communication skills

- Smart, disciplined, and operationally proactive personality

- Experience handling customer service or resident/client concerns

- Strong understanding of housekeeping operations and workforce management
