- Navigate environmental clearances, forest-linked matters and regulatory appraisal processes.
- Lead heritage, ASI/NMA and monument-adjacent compliance for large-scale developments.
- Support hospitality-related approvals and hotel-classification requirements.
- Work closely with design, planning, development and project teams to identify regulatory risks early.
- Anticipate potential approval bottlenecks and develop mitigation strategies to keep project timelines on track.
- Manage and facilitate high-level regulatory and government stakeholder engagement across relevant authorities.
Who This Is For:
Senior IFS officers and retired IFS officers with experience and established relationships across MoEFCC, State Pollution Control Boards, environmental-clearance processes and/or Expert Appraisal Committee ecosystems.
