
- Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for Droom's suite of SaaS solutions.
- Build and nurture new client relationships, leveraging existing networks, and developing channel partnerships to expand market reach and penetration.
- Provide strong leadership to manage the entire sales funnel, from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure and account management.
- Create and implement resource planning strategies for the sales team, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize sales effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with product and service delivery teams to close the feedback loop and ensure that our products are updated as per the market feedback.
- Establish and maintain client trust and confidence through effective communication, transparency, and responsiveness.
- Proactively gather client feedback and identify market trends and competitive forces to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging trends to maintain Droom's competitive edge and position as an industry leader.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on selling SaaS-based products or solutions to BFSI, Automobile OEM, and Fleet companies.
- Progressive experience in Enterprise/B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, or Strategic Partnerships.
- Leverage personal network and industry relationships to open doors, secure meetings, and generate leads within target segments and key accounts.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with experience leading and motivating high-performing sales teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective go-to-market plans.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business growth and delivering value to customers.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a high-performing sales team, driving results and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Deep understanding of the BFSI, Automobile OEM, and Fleet industries, including key market trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a data-driven approach to sales planning and execution.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support business development activities.
- Experience in BFSI or Automobile verticals is highly preferred.
- This role directly reports to CEO and engaging with the leadership team.
