Management Trainee

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent combination of experience and education. Advanced degree preferred. - Minimum of five years running an enterprise monitoring team having exposure to various industry-standard platforms and tools. Hands-on experience with tools such as the IBM SmartCloud suite, Zabbix, DX NetOps, Dynatrace, Splunk, and cloud monitoring constructs such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, AWS CloudWatch will be strongly preferred. - Good understanding of OpenTelemetry , Observability tools. - Prior experience in planning for, and managing a large ecosystem of end points, monitoring systems (agents & agentless), aggregation engines/Manager of Managers, customizing adapters to integrate multitude of monitoring sources, event enrichment and integration to ticketing tools & data lakes. High familiarity with event correlation and anomaly detection will be a plus. - Successful implementation of solutions and management of applications, web-based portals, and web services integrated with legacy system are a strong plus, as is a strong base of experience of utilizing standard integration tools. - Experience in both small and large organizations is preferred, as is an appreciation of the process and structure necessary to achieve success in a dynamically changing growth environment with a history of significant integration requirements. - At least 15 years of industry experience with a strong background in design and delivery of enterprise applications. Any product development experience will be a significant plus. - Self-motivated, proactive, and an out-of-the-box thinker, demonstrating high levels of initiative and integrity. - Brings a technical foundation with strong people management, process management and leadership skills. - Always curious and has the intellectual agility to learn quickly, adapt to change and enjoy tackling challenges. - People management experience leading a team of 10 or more technical employees. Offshore people management experience highly preferred. - Demonstrated passion around people development, associate engagement, and achieving company goals. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to break down complex problems. - Superlative communication skills, having the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences. - Very high energy levels, demonstrating the attitude and drive to take on more, do more and be more. Also bringing with them a high degree of flexibility and adaptability. - Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to execute effectively within a team.
