We are looking for a Director of Enterprise Growth to lead strategic new-business acquisition and accelerate market expansion across digital transformation and customer experience. This is a high-impact leadership role for a seasoned dealmaker who combines executive presence with commercial rigor and thrives in complex, enterprise-selling environments.
What You Will Lead
Enterprise Growth & Market Expansion
- Own the enterprise growth agenda end-to-end-from whitespace identification and CXO engagement to solution orchestration and commercial closure.
- Build a high-quality, predictable pipeline through targeted outreach, account-based strategies, industry networks, and partner-led opportunities while consistently exceeding revenue goals.
Strategic Alliances & Ecosystem Leadership
- Act as a senior partner to alliance stakeholders, shaping joint pursuit strategies and unlocking high-value co-sell opportunities.
- Strengthen market positioning through thought leadership, proactive GTM initiatives, and category influence.
Executive Stakeholder Engagement
- Operate as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders across industries, translating technology, data, and experience capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
- Deliver persuasive transformation narratives that resonate at the boardroom level.
Deal Architecture & Pursuit Excellence
- Lead complex, multi-disciplinary pursuits in collaboration with strategy, architecture, engineering, and delivery teams.
- Oversee proposal strategy, commercial structuring, negotiations, and governance-ensuring clarity, precision, and seamless handover post-sale.
Market Intelligence & Strategic Insight
- Anticipate shifts in enterprise technology and customer experience landscapes, identify emerging investment areas, and convert insight into competitive advantage and sharper go-to-market strategy.
Who You Are
Proven Enterprise Rainmaker
- 10-15 years of success in enterprise new-business acquisition within digital transformation, consulting, or technology services
- Track record of closing large, multi-year engagements with senior stakeholders
- Strong relationships across enterprise buyers and partner ecosystems
Strategic & Commercially Astute
- Deep understanding of customer experience platforms and modern martech ecosystems
- Exceptional executive storytelling, negotiation, and deal-shaping capabilities
- Skilled at navigating ambiguity, accelerating deal velocity, and driving disciplined pipeline management
Leadership Profile
- Entrepreneurial operator with the ability to open new markets and create sustainable growth engines
- Influential communicator who can align senior stakeholders and mobilize cross-functional teams
- High ownership, sound judgment, and uncompromising integrity
- Comfortable traveling for strategic client and partner engagement
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, or a related field (required)
- MBA from a premier institution preferred
