Hiring: Director of Engineering (.NET | Azure | AI)

We're hiring a Director of Engineering to lead cloud-native product engineering teams and drive the architecture and delivery of scalable enterprise applications.

- Direct large-scale engineering teams to deliver high-performance .NET applications, ensuring architectural integrity and alignment with long-term business objectives.

- Drive the integration of Generative AI and machine learning models into existing workflows to enhance product intelligence and operational efficiency.

- Cultivate a culture of high-performance engineering by mentoring senior managers and leads, fostering technical excellence across distributed teams.

- Optimize the software development lifecycle by leveraging Azure DevOps and GitHub Copilot to accelerate delivery cycles and improve code quality.

Must-Have Skills:

- 15+ years in software engineering, with 8+ years leading engineering teams

- Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, Azure, Azure DevOps

- Experience with Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, AKS/Kubernetes, Docker

- Hands-on with ReactJS, PostgreSQL/MongoDB/SQL Server

- Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ and distributed systems

- Exposure to LLMs, RAG, Vector Databases, and AI tools like GitHub Copilot/Claude/MCP

- Proven track record in architecture, scalability, DevSecOps, and mentoring engineering teams
