Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end delivery of projects and programs ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, leadership teams, and technical teams to drive successful project outcomes.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.

- Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and governance activities.

- Coordinate with distributed and cross-functional teams across multiple locations and functions.

- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve delivery challenges.

- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology delivery.

- Lead project reviews, status reporting, and executive-level communication.

- Drive process improvements and delivery excellence initiatives.

- Support resource planning, team management, and performance tracking.

- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

- Experience managing large-scale technology delivery programs.

- Ability to work effectively with distributed and cross-functional teams.

- Strong project management, planning, and governance expertise.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience with Cloud-native delivery models.

- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.

- PMP, Prince2, Agile, Scrum Master, or SAFe certifications.

- Experience in digital transformation or enterprise technology programs.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- MBA or Project Management certification is an added advantage.
