Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Ownership: Architect the full-stack platform, including the VersaAI engine, 3D pipelines, and AR deployment.
- Hands-on Coding: Write production-grade code for mission-critical systems and build core features independently.
- Team Building: Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performance engineering culture, setting the bar for code quality and discipline.
- Strategic Vision: Decide the tech stack, manage technical debt, and translate business goals into a robust technical roadmap.
- Innovation: Optimize AI/ML pipelines and real-time rendering performance to ensure a world-class user experience
Requirements:
- Experience: 10+ years in software engineering with a proven track record of leading teams in fast-paced startups.
- Technical Breadth: Expert in backend (Node/Python/Go), frontend (React/Three.js ), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/K8s).
- The "Player-Coach" Mentality: You must love coding and deep-diving into complex bugs as much as you love architecting high-level systems.
- Problem Solver: Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build "elegant systems" that scale effectively.
- Pedigree: Background in building AI-driven platforms, 3D engines, or high-scale SaaS products is highly preferred.
