ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and own the tech and product vision aligned with organizations mission, market needs and business goals.
- Architect and scale secure, user-centric web and mobile platforms to expand welfare access.
- Lead cross-functional teams across product, design, UX and engineering, fostering a high-performance, innovation-driven culture.
- Drive agile roadmaps with rapid iteration, ensuring responsiveness to user feedback and policy shifts.
- Implement best-in-class development practices, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure and platform security.
- Oversee scalable data architecture, ethical data use and actionable analytics.
- Collaborate with government, operations and fundraising teams to drive product-market fit.
- Stay ahead of general tech and AI trends to inform strategic decisions and product evolution.
- Partner closely with the CTO to shape organizational strategy with a strong tech-product lens.
