We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Director - eCommerce to lead and scale eCommerce initiatives for key clients. This role will focus on driving online sales through strategic campaign planning, execution excellence, and data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing eCommerce campaigns, client relationships, and cross-functional teams, along with a deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

eCommerce Strategy & Growth:


- Drive eCommerce sales through well-planned and high-performing campaigns

- Develop and execute strategies to improve online visibility, conversion rates, and revenue

- Identify growth opportunities across marketplaces and D2C channels

Client Management & Success:


- Partner closely with clients to understand business objectives and ensure campaign success

- Guide clients on product listings, launches, and promotional strategies

- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance

Campaign Planning & Execution:


- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution across eCommerce platforms

- Coordinate with internal teams (content, creative, media, and analytics) for seamless delivery

- Ensure timely and high-quality execution of brand and performance campaigns

Performance Analysis & Insights:


- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using data and analytics tools

- Map market trends and provide strategic inputs to clients

- Build dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and campaign effectiveness

Budgeting & Forecasting:


- Prepare and present budgets, forecasts, and performance reports to clients and leadership

- Optimize media spends to maximize ROI and efficiency

Cross-Channel Collaboration:


- Work closely with teams handling Facebook, Google, and Programmatic campaigns

- Ensure integrated marketing strategies across all digital channels

Key Requirements:

- 7-12 years of experience in eCommerce and digital marketing

- Strong expertise in managing eCommerce campaigns and marketplaces

- Experience working on the brand side or private label within an eCommerce marketplace preferred

- Understanding of platform search (Amazon/Flipkart or similar) is a plus

- Sound knowledge of digital marketing channels and ecosystem

- Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making

- Excellent client management, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
