Director - Digital Transformation

Role Overview:

Digital Transformation Leader to lead end-to-end transformation programs. The role will focus on process excellence, digital automation, AI/GenAI, analytics and operating model transformation, while working closely with senior client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead transformation programs from diagnosis and solution design through implementation and benefits realization.

- Drive Lean/Six Sigma, process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

- Identify and implement opportunities across automation, AI/GenAI, process mining and analytics.

- Partner with client Director/VP-level stakeholders to define transformation roadmaps and deliver measurable business outcomes.

- Lead cross-functional teams and establish strong project governance, KPIs and change management.

- Contribute to client solution design, transformation frameworks and reusable digital/automation solutions.

- Develop and mentor high-performing transformation teams.

Ideal Candidate:

- 12+ years of experience in digital/business transformation, process excellence or operations.

- Strong experience in BPM/BPO/ITES environments.

- Six Sigma Black Belt is mandatory, with a proven track record of improvement projects and measurable savings.

- Hands-on exposure to RPA, Process Mining, Power BI/Tableau, AI/GenAI and workflow/BPM platforms.

- Strong project management and senior stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in one or more domains: Banking / Utilities, Travel/Airlines.
